### Improvements

In preparation for Season 8, a major spell rebalancing has been made.

**Shift**

* Can now target Queen, Rook, and King Now gains +2 mana (previously cost 1) Increased to 99 casts

**Tactical Necessity**

* Now gains +4 mana (previously cost 1)

**Queen Time**

* King can now be captured directly again

**Slip**

* Mana steal increased: 1 → 2

**Parkour Mech**

* Mana: 3 → 2, casts: 2 → 3

**Bis-Hop 2.0**

* Mana: 4 → 3, casts: 3 → 6

**House Recruit**

* Mana: 5 → 4, casts: 3 → 4

**Juke**

* Can now move up to 2 spaces vertically, casts: 6 → 7

**Transcendence**

* Mana: 6 → 5, casts: 2 → 3

**Pengu Blast**

* Drop zone expanded: Ranks 3–6 → Ranks 2–7

**Pounce and Purr**

* Casts: 2 → 3

**Pengu Dive**

* You can now cast on pawns

**Shot in the Dark**

* You can now cast on Queen. Mana: 5 → 6, casts: 3 → 2

**Imposter**

* Can now be cast on Pawns and King

**Power Infusion**

* Mana: 6 → 8, casts: 6 → 7
